Note
:

  1. Based on art. 35, para. 3 of the Regulations on the Organization of Educational Activities, an additional supplementary session is permitted by the Rector after a well-grounded proposal from the primary unit and is announced and organized by the primary unit. The additional session is valid only for students who have not attended the scheduled sessions in the current annual academic calendar.

2. The conduct of face-to-face classes should be carried out within the annual academic calendar with the beginning and end of the classes determined by the head administration of the primary units.

3. Official national holidays are days off for students and academic teaching staff, regardless of the fact that they might fall within the schedule of sessions, academic semesters or face-to-face classes.

4. The schedule for the practical state exams in schools and kindergartens is determined within the schedule for the state exams and complies with the schedules of the educational process of schools and kindergartens. For the sessions in which this is not applicable, schedules are drawn up by faculties, which are submitted to the Vice-rector of Education and to the Education Department.

5. Classes with Master's degree students, semester and state exams are not scheduled to take place on the days designated for preliminary and regular admission exams according to the Regulations for the Admission of Students at the South-West University "Neofit Rilski".
